Reviews and Ratings
We recently stayed at Dreams Tulum and had a lovely time overall. The resort is beautiful, and we felt lucky with the room we got—3106, a swim-out room that was spacious and comfortable. However, we encountered delays with dining services, particularly during peak hours due to understaffing. The beach was well-maintained, albeit some seaweed issues, but the staff worked diligently to clear it up, adding to our overall positive experience.
I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The service was excellent with attentive staff, but the dining options were a mixed bag and could use improvement. The beach was beautiful, though the swimming conditions weren’t ideal. The resort is a bit isolated and far from the airport, but overall, it was a fantastic family getaway with spacious pools and clean, comfortable accommodations.
We had a fantastic all-inclusive week filled with great food options and top-notch entertainment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The beach area was beautiful, and the pools were well kept. However, some aspects like the drinks were too watered down for our taste, and the Wi-Fi performance could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at Dreams Tulum. While the upgrade to the preferred guest status offered some perks, the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. On the positive side, the beach was lovely and the staff, especially the activity coordinators, were fantastic. However, there were issues with service consistency, especially when it came to families like ours.
We had a lovely stay at Dreams Tulum, enjoying the beautiful tropical gardens and friendly service from the staff. The property is stunning and well-maintained, but the dining experience could use a bit of improvement, especially in terms of food variety. Additionally, some facilities showed signs of wear, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciated the proximity to Tulum and its attractions.
